The Mataura Licensing Trust has a vacancy for the position of manager of the Falls Hotel situated in Mataura. Hack has filled this position admirably for the Trust for the last 20 years but is moving on.
As manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the operation, for its staff and for the overall
commercial accountability and viability of the business. The operation includes a bar with gaming machines and TAB plus a well appointed bottle store, restaurant and accommodation.
We seek an applicant with strong interpersonal skills, a proven track record in management, with experience in the hospitality industry as you will be required to have on hand a current General Managers Certificate under the Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012. Must have N.Z. residency.
