Mike Pero Real Estate saleswoman Kate Bratschi is pleased the franchise was a finalist in the community involvement section in the companys recent national awards.
Mrs Bratschi said she was one of five finalists in the section and while she did not win it was still good to be shortlisted.
Some of the projects she had been involved in was sponsoring a junior football team and the Hospice Southland shop fashion awards.
