    HR COORDINATOR

    You will provide sound human resources advice and support management in accordance with MVM’s policies, best practice and relevant NZ legislation. You will support the creation, management and development of HR policy, procedures,
    resources, and practices to align with the business strategy. You will have the ability to effectively support managers with recruitment processes, as well as the coordination of employment relations, training, remuneration, performance management and payroll, when required.

    This role would be suited to a new graduate or someone with 2+ years relevant HR experience that is looking for a new and exciting challenge in the Dairy industry.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • National or Tertiary qualification in human resources management or a similar field.
    • Relationship building, influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiation.
    • Experience in the initiation and implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and initiatives
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Good organisational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
    • The ability to plan ahead, to plan own work and work unsupervised.
    • Methodical with attention to detail and clear documentation.

    ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

    The Assistant Accountant provides support to the Financial Accountant and wider Finance team by assisting in the maintenance of fixed asset register, capital expenditure, cashflow process, revenue projections, accounts receivable invoicing and daily bank reconciliations. The Assistant Accountant is a key member of the Finance team and provides support in finalising the month-end and year-end reporting. This is an opportunity to make your own mark and get involved in the
    growth of the wider business.

    Essential Skills & Experience:

    • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with at least 2 years previous experience
    • Working towards CA / CPA preferred.
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines
    • Experience in accounts receivables and fixed assets
    • Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
    • Ability to provide back up for Payroll and Accounts Payable
    • Confident in assisting in month and year-end reporting

    PLANT OPERATOR

    You will be part of a skilled and dynamic team specialising in the production and manufacture of Infant Formula Nutrition with the added flexibility of Skim and Whole Milk Powder Dairy Ingredients. While prior dairy experience would be advantageous, we are looking for applicants who have a positive attitude and are quality driven as full training will be provided.

    • Proven mechanical and technical aptitude and knowledge
    • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
    • A high degree of computer literacy and are able to understand processes and systems
    • Great interpersonal skills and are a team player
